Our irrigation winterization service consists of two parts.

Phase I – We start the winterization process the third week of October and are completed by November 15th. We will turn off the valve that allows water into the system, and open all the drain valves and ports to release all the water from the system. This process guarantees against freeze damage. If freeze damage occurs, we will do all necessary repairs at no cost to you!

Phase II – In the spring we will return to turn the system back on and check to see if any damage has occurred to the backflow unit or the ball valve depending on the type of system you have. We do not check for broken heads etc. That would require a service call for routine maintenance to the system. We will leave a door hanger on your front door to let you know when and what services has been performed with instructions on what to do to the irrigation clock. You do not need to be home as this is all done from the outside. Winterization for the year is $70.00 for our two-part service.
